The Geisinger Military Fellowship Program is designed to provide transitioning Service members a workplace learning experience through on the job training with current employees. Fellows will work side by side with employees in specific career areas to transfer knowledge and experience, while gaining a greater understanding of the healthcare system and operations. In addition to technical job experience, Fellows will participate in professional and career development sessions and network with Geisinger's veteran community and leaders.
