We would like to utilize an internship for 90 - 120 days and train employees to go into CDL driving positions and merchandising positions in our 5 locations in SC. The goal would be to hire the employee permanently into the role after the training time.
Work in Operations & Logistics to gain knowledge and understanding of the alcohol distribution industry. The structured rotation opportunity is designed to give the participant exposure to the wine and spirits industry and broad experience in various aspects of the relationship between receiving, stocking, loading, routing, and logistics. At the end of the training period, the participant should be proficient in the order fulfillment process, operational metrics and be able to provide work direction to team associates.
Through this role, you will learn and support the company’s Sales department. You will observe and learn our Sales processes and participate in Sales meetings. Upon completing the program, you will gain experience in beverage alcohol Sales processes.
