Teel Strength and Conditioning
The Teel Strength and Conditioning Internship program immerses students in the dynamic world of strength and conditioning training in both the private and commercial markets. Led by the former Director of Sports Performance for Cal State Long Beach, the Teel Strength and Conditioning Internship program is a unique opportunity for any Service member, spouse, or veteran to pursue their goals of becoming strength and conditioning coach. Example areas of study within this program include micro and macro planning for both individuals and teams, remote programing and coaching, immersion into the art and science of one-on-one private and group training through both theory and real world applications, as well as real-time business management processes and procedures.
