MCA is seeking a motivated, transitioning U.S. service member to join our Talent Acquisition team through the DoD SkillBridge Program. This entry-level Human Resources / Talent Acquisition opportunity is available in Spartanburg, SC or Charlotte, NC area (hybrid) and provides hands-on experience supporting full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations within a fast-growing organization. Participants will develop highly transferable civilian skills by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, supporting compliance and onboarding activities, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers. This opportunity is exclusively open to DoD SkillBridge-eligible active-duty service members and may lead to full-time employment based on performance and business needs.
