The incumbent performs support functions related to passenger and baggage screening through the use and application of processes, procedures, and techniques.
A Human Resource Specialist Skillbridge participant assists the supervisor or senior specialist in providing personnel management advisory services affecting complex organizations with a wide variety of personnel actions requiring consideration of the total human resource management program. Provides advisory services on assigned portions of position management, policy, performance, processing, employee relations, and staffing; and provides general support within the scope described above. Provides limited technical guidance involving human resource management questions to managers, supervisors and employees regarding, evaluations, employee relations, training and processing.
