Managing complex facility construction projects, often cutting across organizational lines, by providing administrative expertise throughout the life-cycle of the project. Formulating analysis to provide advice to help executive leadership make budgetary and scoping decisions. Identifying, communicating, and tracking achievement of project goals and objectives. Proactively identifies potential barriers to the achievement of goals and implements corrective actions. Working as a liaison with internal and external senior leaders in other Federal agencies, including ICE, US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), top-level managers in DHS/CBP/OFAM, GS-15 and Senior Executive Services (SES) level executives, port directors, and GSA representatives, etc., assuring, directing, and performing the steps necessary to create project plans, such as scope, schedule, budget, risks, and communication strategies, for execution of building design and construction within established budgets and time frames.
