The Wheels Up Pilot SkillBridge Program offers transitioning service members hands-on experience in private aviation, helping translate military flight experience into the civilian sector. Participants gain exposure to Part 135 operations while working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic, high-performance environment. While the program is unpaid and does not guarantee employment, strong performers may be considered preferred candidates for future pilot opportunities at Wheels Up.
