Week 1-6: CDL-A License Training Jack Cooper will coordinate and sponsor participant to attend 3-week CDL training courseOverall process from start to officially receiving CDL-A license is 4-6 weeks depending on testing and DMV availability JackCooper has partnered with CDL schools all around the country to provide a network of schools for participants to attend OnceCDL-A is obtained, participant can begin training at Jack Cooper immediately Week 7: Jack Cooper Training Begins: NewDriver Classroom and Safety Module Training Week 8-11: Dock Training at Jack Cooper terminal location Behind the wheeltraining, Pre-Trip/Post-Trip Inspections, Loading/Unloading trailer, Weeks 12-24: One-on-One behind the wheel trainingParticipant will spend time driving with an experienced Jack Cooper driver trainer delivering live loads. They will rotate throughdifferent trainers and experience all different driving environments
