Work on diverse projects that will help profitably grow our market share by maximizing Key Customer Account satisfaction through offering value added products, services, and integrated solutions. • Responsibilities Include but are Not Limited To • Act as the SKF speaking partner to the customer. • Work closely with engineering and manufacturing to fulfil customer requirements and requests. • Coordinate activities leading to customer satisfaction and business growth. • Coordinate the follow up of business opportunities with relevant parts of the organization to capture new business. • Focus on improving our knowledge about customer. • Act as the contact towards the market for developing new concept/ new offers in SKF knowledge in close relation with SKF segment organization. Job Requirements • Demonstrate dynamic communication via email, phone, virtual meetings, in-person meetings, and demonstrations.
