Oracle Applications Business Analyst
The Oracle Business Applications Consultant Trainee participates in WBL Solutions' SkillBridge training program, providing transitioning Service Members with an opportunity to begin a career in Oracle enterprise applications consulting. This structured training position is intended for individuals with little or no prior experience in information technology, enterprise resource planning (ERP), or business analysis.Working under the guidance of experienced mentors, trainees receive hands on instruction in Oracle E Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, business process analysis, functional documentation, software testing, customer service, and professional consulting practices. Participants gain practical experience through classroom learning, self paced study, job shadowing, and supervised project activities while developing the foundational skills required for an entry level consulting career.The primary objective of this position is professional development and career transition. Upon successful completion of the SkillBridge program, participants may be considered for employment with WBL Solutions based on demonstrated performance, company hiring needs, available positions, and mutual interest. Participation in the program does not guarantee employment and does not obligate either party to enter into an employment relationship.
