The Skillbridge Participant is a motivated individual looking to transition from military service to the civilian workforce and become a technology and product leader through training and professional development with a financial technology company. Skillbridge participants will work closely with the team to establish goals and guide them on their way to build valuable solutions. They will learn from the guidance of Rob Smith. Rob Smith has several highly sought after industry certifications to include Certified Large Scale Scrum Practitioner, Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Master, and Training From the Back of the Room – Certified Trainer. After 22 years leadings teams of 8 – 800 in the US Army, Rob has traveled around the world advising organizations to create and implement agile transformations. As a professional trainer, Rob has authored an accredited college level course on Agile Product Management and trained countless instructors to incorporate the latest in cognitive neuroscience to increase knowledge transfer, retention of knowledge, and student satisfaction of their courses.
