Any rank, enlisted or officer, may apply for our program. Since 2020 Northrop Grumman has been recognized as a partner for the DoD SkillBridge program. We provide opportunities to gain real-world corporate experience with the potential for follow-on, full-time employment post separation/retirement. Our military team understands what it is like to transition out of the military with over 200 years of combined service, therefore we have been able to maintain an over 90% offer rate for participants of our program.
