The Assistant Superintendent Skillbridge Intern will have a great deal of input in the overall planning and oversight of the job. This role is intended for approved active duty military Skillbridge internship candidates. This role includes scheduling of manpower, obtaining tools and materials needed, filing permits and other documents, and even advising on budget expenditures. The Assistant Superintendent Skillbridge Intern will also provide on-site supervision of the daily workload, job site safety, receiving and storing of tools and supplies, and the reporting of all of these aspects to the project managers and Project Superintendent. Additionally, the Assistant Superintendent Skillbridge Intern is expected to work diligently to educate his or her self with the Clayco on-site Superintendent and Operations Manager to take the next step toward becoming a Superintendent.
The Quality Control Technician SkillBridge Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting Clayco's Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program while working alongside experienced Quality Managers and project teams. This role is intended for approved active-duty military SkillBridge internship candidates. This position is within the Technical Assurance Group at Clayco and is designed for active-duty service members participating in the Department of Defense (DoD) SkillBridge Program who are interested in pursuing a career in commissioning, building systems, and construction quality. The Technical Assurance Group is a specialized team focused on verifying the design, installation, and performance of architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building control systems throughout all phases of construction—from early design through post-construction seasonal testing. As a Commissioning Engineer SkillBridge Intern, you will work alongside experienced Commissioning Managers and Engineers, gaining hands-on experience supporting commissioning activities, learning industry best practices, and developing an understanding of building systems, construction processes, and project execution through direct mentorship and field experience.
