Participants will receive a combination of formal education through a state-licensed barber school and hands-on live barbershop training inside our professional shop environment.Throughout the program, members will learn haircutting techniques, grooming services, sanitation standards, customer service skills, and the business side of running a barbershop. This immersive experience ensures they develop both the technical skills and real-world confidence needed to excel as licensed barbers after military service.
