King Military Law offers a comprehensive SkillBridge opportunity designed to provide transitioning service members with hands-on experience in a civilian law firm specializing in military justice.Participants will be immersed in the day-to-day operations of a legal practice focused on courts-martial defense, administrative actions, and service member advocacy. Under the supervision of experienced attorneys and legal staff, SkillBridge participants will support case preparation, conduct legal and case-related research, assist with document drafting and organization, and observe client consultations and legal proceedings when appropriate.This program emphasizes the development of transferable professional skills, including legal writing, attention to detail, client communication, confidentiality, and case management. Participants will also gain exposure to law firm operations such as intake processes, scheduling, records management, and professional correspondence.The SkillBridge experience at King Military Law is designed to bridge military service and civilian employment by equipping participants with practical knowledge of the legal field, particularly military law, and preparing them for potential careers as legal assistants, paralegals, or administrative professionals within the legal sector.
