In this V2W Job Training Program with Ecco Adesso Vineyards (EA), LLC, you will:• Cultivate vineyards for winemaking.• Build experience in the processes and methods of crushing and pressing grapes.• Monitor the settling of juice and the fermentation of grape material.• Coordinate and experience the process of wine making, grape quality, and cellar management.• Conduct wine tastings and food pairing.• Learn about breeding and evaluating new varieties of grapes.• Experience the business aspects of end-to-end “vine to wine” and “farm to table” winemaking.• Participate in Trade Sales, Wine Club Sales, and Event Sales.• Learn about unique grants and other opportunities for wine growers and producers.This position includes a contingent job offer with salary information to the Service member contingent upon successful completion of the DOD SkillBridge program.Through this program, EA is seeking one (1) participant for an excellent opportunity for making and selling high quality wine, preparing individuals to perform specific tasks by providing information about the task; demonstrations of how the tasks are performed; opportunities for the individuals to perform the tasks; and assessments of everyone’s level of performance.
