We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Procurement Specialist to oversee supplier relationships, on-time delivery (OTD), quality paperwork, certification issues, and expediting and follow up for our high valued customers. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality and timely delivery happens for our highly valued customers. You will follow procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of current and incoming Purchase orders, and be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the suppliers.

Key Responsibilities1. Build & Strengthen Supplier RelationshipsDevelop and maintain productive, long-term relationships with suppliers.Communicate regularly to ensure clarity on expectations, requirements, and performance.Negotiate contracts and terms when needed to support company goals.2. Manage On-Time Delivery (OTD)Monitor, track, and analyze supplier OTD performance.Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure they consistently meet delivery schedules and deadlines.Take initiative to resolve delays or barriers before they impact operations.3. Oversee Supplier Certification & Quality RequirementsEnsure all suppliers have the appropriate certifications required for our industry.Address certification issues promptly and coordinate resolutions to maintain compliance.Support quality assurance efforts by verifying documentation and resolving discrepancies.4.
