Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: Preparing and editing designs recommended by Project Engineers Preparing portions of project documents including drawings and specifications Researching code and regulatory requirements Researching design options, component specifications and document findings for Project Engineers and Job Manager Involvement in Construction including site inspections, review of shop drawings, and responding to contractor’s questions; as needed, prepare alternate designs to resolve construction challenges Performing analysis and design retrofit of new and existing facilities What you will bring to the team: Bachelor's and/or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering Engineering In Training (EIT) certification preferred 0-2 years of Civil Engineering experience; internship experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft programs Technical writing ability Ability to work within project teams and communicate with managers, engineers, designers and external parties.Involvement in professional organization(s) preferred #LI-JK1
