About the Opportunity:Through the DoD SkillBridge program, we offer transitioning service members the chance to explore and develop a civilian career in the automotive repair industry. Whether you’re just looking to get your feet wet or you’re ready to dive into service advising or advanced diagnostics and repairs, we tailor the experience to match your background and interests.What You’ll Do (depending on experience and interest):Assist with routine maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid inspections and services.Shadow and support technicians during diagnostics and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.Diagnose complex vehicle issues (if you have prior experience or training).Perform advanced repairs and maintenance on gasoline and diesel vehicles (as skills allow).Learn how a busy independent repair shop operates — from workflow to customer communication.Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.Use your own tools if available; we’ll supplement anything you need to get the job done.What We Offer:Hands-on training in a real-world, professional shop.Flexible role tailored to your experience — from entry-level assistant to technician-in-training.Mentorship from ASE Master Certified technicians and experienced service advisors.Exposure to a variety of makes, models, and diesel vehicles.Supportive, team-oriented environment with a focus on craftsmanship and continuous learning.Who We’re Looking For:Transitioning service members eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program.Individuals interested in learning and growing within the automotive repair industry.Mechanically inclined candidates, whether you're brand new or experienced.Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented individuals.Candidates willing to bring any personal tools (optional), with shop tools available as needed.Location:Summerlin, Las Vegas, NV
