This is a 6-month job training program designed for current active duty, U.S. Armed Forces Service members and/or spouses within one year of your End of Active Service transition date. The program will provide thorough training to equip you with the skills and experience to prepare you for a career as a Retail Food Safety Auditor. As a Retail Food Safety Auditor, you will play a crucial role in the mission of NSF – to protect and improve human and planet health. As a Retail Food Safety Auditor, you will have the opportunity to travel, meet new people, and learn more about many of the businesses you may frequent as a consumer. You’ll inform and educate restaurant, bar, grocery store, and foodservice personnel about specific standards while continuing to learn more about those industries and grow your skills.
