Participants will learn residential system diagnostics, preventative maintenance, installation procedures, troubleshooting methodologies, safety and compliance standards, blueprint and schematic interpretation, customer service best practices, field documentation, equipment usage, and operational workflows. Interns will gain exposure to preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, installations, quality assurance, and customer engagement while developing the technical and professional competencies necessary for long-term careers in the skilled trades industry.
