We are seeking a Field Service Representative to integrate deployable communications capabilities on behalf of Air Combat Command (ACC) A2 to provide warfighters with deployable Air Force Sensitive Compartmented Information (AFSCI) capabilities worldwide. GovCIO manages the hardware and software configurations; develops and provides training; and provides field service support on behalf of ACC. As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) FSR you are the primary liaison between the customer and company. You are responsible for the overall function of the deployable communications system for the customer from delivery to deployment. You are the SME in system assembly, installation, and system configuration in accordance with site assessments and schematics. You are the SME in ensuring complete system programming and optimization as part of the installation process and perform routine system maintenance and analysis functions, including hardware configurations and adding, removing and replacing equipment components, when necessary. You provide on-site end-user training on system operation, maintenance, and limited troubleshooting. This position is well-suited for transitioning service members participating in the Department of Defense (DoD) SkillBridge Program. GovCIO provides an opportunity for service members to gain hands-on experience in enterprise IT support, customer service operations, healthcare technology support, and federal contract operations while transitioning from military service to civilian careers.
