SkillBridge Fellow – LDR Advisory Partners (Austin, TX / Remote-Friendly)LDR Advisory Partners is a boutique consulting firm that delivers hands-on strategic and operational support to small and mid-sized industrial businesses—many within the LDR Growth Partners private equity portfolio. We are seeking a transitioning Junior Military Officer (JMO) eligible for the DoD SkillBridge Program to join us as a SkillBridge Fellow for 3–4 months. This fellowship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to active consulting projects focused on operational improvement, supply chain optimization, and strategic execution. Fellows will work closely with experienced consultants and business leaders, gaining direct exposure to private equity environments while supporting initiatives such as facility rationalization and logistics transformation. Ideal candidates have a background in team leadership, operational planning, or process improvement, and an interest in private equity, consulting, or the industrial sector. We have a preference for Austin, TX based candidates. This role provides a strong foundation for post-military career transition through mentorship, hands-on experience, and access to a broad professional network.
