The SOC Analyst also works with other departments of the company, such as human resources or sales, to ensure that their systems are secure. An SOC Analyst is responsible for monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity threats and incidents in real time. The Solutions Expert Career Readiness Program is a work-based fellowship designed to provide transitioning service members with hands-on experience in consultative sales, business diagnostics, CRM systems, and automation-enabled operations. Participants operate in supervised, real-world business environments while developing the skills required to diagnose operational challenges and recommend scalable, technology-enabled solutions.
