Commissioning Engineer

We have technical expertise with the quality and commissioning processes including inspections, examinations, verification techniques, functional performance testing, critical power equipment, and operations & maintenance know how. DOD SkillBridge participants will first dive into a thorough electrical and mechanical systems training and testing program where their backgrounds will be reinforced with industry safety protocols, OSHA-10, NFPA-70E, and Red Cross certifications, our IT systems, data center electrical and mechanical systems, and our processes. Then you will head to the field for on the job training in commissioning for multiple weeks before being tested on your ability to perform independently. Once cleared by our industry-leading trainers, you'll be considered an authority in the field and will inspect and commission mission critical systems in the data center environment. DOD SkillBridge Schedule: First week: Participant's home office Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM - 3 days performing onboarding tasks, 2 days of mechanical/electrical systems training. Second week: Participant's home office Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM - 5 days of mechanical/electrical systems training. Third week: Participant's home office Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM - 3 days of mechanical/electrical systems training, Commissioning (Cx) process training. Fourth week: Participant's home office Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM - 5 days of Cx process trainin. Fifth-Seventh weeks: Field data center Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM - 5 days of on-the-job Cx process training. Eighth-ninth weeks: Field data center Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM - 5 days of on-the-job Cx process evaluation. Tenth-twelfth+ weeks: Field data center Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM - Field support engineering role for data center Cx. Complete qualifications as Cx Engineer-1.
