All About Dirt and Remodeling, Inc. provides a structured, hands-on construction training opportunity under the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program to support transitioning Service members during their final months of active duty. This program is designed to offer industry-relevant training that assists participants in gaining civilian employment skills while maintaining compliance with DoD SkillBridge requirements.SkillBridge participants will receive supervised, on-the-job training across residential and commercial construction projects. Training areas may include site preparation, demolition, framing, drywall installation, flooring, painting, basic electrical and plumbing support tasks, equipment operation, blueprint reading, material handling, and jobsite safety practices. Emphasis is placed on OSHA-aligned safety standards, teamwork, time management, and quality workmanship.The program focuses on translating military experience into civilian construction competencies while exposing participants to project workflows, scheduling, and basic construction management concepts. Participants will develop marketable skills intended to improve employability in the construction industry upon separation or retirement from military service.This SkillBridge opportunity does not guarantee employment; however, successful completion may enhance participants’ qualifications for future civilian construction roles.
