Training Program for SkillBridge Fellow — Duty Manager (Bilingual)

This SkillBridge training program prepares transitioning Service Members for a career in hospitality and operations management within a design-led, service-oriented extended-stay accommodations company. Fellows receive hands-on training in guest experience, property operations, team coordination, and business fundamentals, with a strong emphasis on professionalism, accountability, and customer service excellence.Participants work alongside Lodgeur’s operations and leadership teams to develop practical skills transferable to roles in hospitality management, facilities operations, guest services, and related civilian careers.
