FCC SkillBridge Training Program
Frampton Construction Company (FCC) is proud to partner with the U.S. Department of Defense SkillBridge Program to support transitioning service members as they prepare for the next chapter of their careers.The FCC SkillBridge Program is a 90-day, structured training and development experience designed to provide hands-on exposure to commercial, industrial, and manufacturing construction projects. Participants gain real-world experience, mentorship from experienced construction professionals, and a clear understanding of FCC’s project delivery model, culture, and performance expectations.This program is intentionally designed as a pathway into full-time employment at Frampton Construction. While participation in SkillBridge does not guarantee employment, the goal of the program is to prepare high-performing participants for a successful transition into a full-time role upon completion.Program Highlights- 90-day project-based training program- Monday - Friday schedule (typically 8:00am - 5:00pm, aligned to project site needs; not to exceed 40 hours/week)- Hands-on experience on active construction projects- Structured onboarding, training milestones, and weekly learning reflections- Direct mentorship from project leadership
