Cybersecurity Content Marketing Associate
The SkillBridge participant will support Hypori’s Marketing team, focusing on content development and thought leadership in the cybersecurity and secure mobility space. This role provides hands-on experience creating high-impact content across blogs, executive ghostwriting, social media, and long-form assets. The participant will gain exposure to key industry topics including zero trust architecture, BYOD, user privacy, and compliance, while helping translate complex security concepts into clear, compelling content for enterprise and government audiences.
The SkillBridge participant will become part of the Customer Support team by assisting with Tier 1 support activities in ServiceNow and Zendesk, learning light AWS concepts relevant to troubleshooting, and helping ensure issues are accurately documented, triaged, and routed. This role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise support operations, escalation of workflows, and customer communication standards.
Hypori’s People Team is looking for a SkillBridge participant who already has a people operations foundation and is ready to put it to work — fast. This is not an entry-level learning experience; it’s an opportunity to step into a real contributor role, help iterate on existing programs and processes, and make a tangible impact on a small, high-performing team.
