Quality InspectorPurpose of the role:MHIRJ’s network of service centers, support offices and parts depots are positioned in important aviation hubs in the U.S. The Quality Inspector performs inspections of aircraft, engines, parts, and components using precision tools, equipment, and other materials in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and is responsible for ensuring all airworthiness quality requirements are performed and documented in accordance with all applicable regulations regarding maintenance, preventative maintenance, repair and alteration of aircraft, engine, and aircraft components/parts for which the Repair Station is rated.

Operations SupervisorPurpose of the role:MHIRJ’s network of service centers, support offices and parts depots are positioned in important aviation hubs in the U.S. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the daily and overall operations of the aircraft maintenance department to include safety, schedules, personnel and quality. Additionally, they will supervise the performance of maintenance ensuring work is performed in accordance with Repair Station / Quality Manual / Site Operating Procedures and FARs.
Crew ChiefPurpose of the role:MHIRJ’s network of service centers, support offices and parts depots are positioned in important aviation hubs in the U.S. The Operations Crew Chief, in conjunction with the Supervisor, oversees and/or performs daily activities for an assigned functional area of MHIRJ Aviation. Leading a team of aircraft maintenance technicians, including certificated and/or non-certificated technicians, the Operations Crew Chief is a working member of the maintenance group and is directly responsible to the Maintenance Supervisor. Utilizes component maintenance manuals and Engineering dispositions.
