QualificationsRequired- Manage day-to-day IT operations, including system administration, endpoint management, and user support.- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system uptime and reliability.- Implement and maintain security controls across devices, networks, and cloud environments.- Support compliance initiatives and audits (e.g., FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001).- Collaborate with cybersecurity and DevOps teams to ensure secure configurations and patch management.- Manage IT asset inventory, procurement, and lifecycle management.- Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes, including provisioning/deprovisioning of access and equipment.- Administer collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, Jira, etc.).- Support automation initiatives to improve IT workflows and reduce manual tasks.- Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.Desired- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, - Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent work experience).4+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or cybersecurity environments.Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS, firewalls).- Hands-on experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001).- Experience with identity and access management tools (Okta, Azure AD, or similar).- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, CCNA, or CISSP.
