The Private Capital Investor is a highly strategic, full-time role reporting directly to the Managing Partners. Designed for a driven professional with a military background, this position bridges elite operational discipline with quantitative venture capital execution. The investor plays a mission-critical role across the entire investment lifecycle, from top-of-funnel deal sourcing and rigorous due diligence to post-investment portfolio support.Core Focus Areas:Deal Execution & Intelligence: Lead comprehensive market research, threat/opportunity assessments, and ground-level due diligence on prospective startups to identify high-conviction investments.Financial & Analytical Rigor: Execute complex financial modeling, cap table mathematics, and valuation assessments, synthesizing data into high-stakes Investment Committee (IC) briefings.Operational Command: Take ownership of the firm's CRM and pipeline logistics, ensuring flawless data hygiene and streamlined standard operating procedures (SOPs).Leadership & Ambassadorship: Act as a frontline representative of the Ensemble brand, building strategic alliances with co-investors and providing tactical, leadership-driven support to portfolio CEOs.
