Imperion – SkillBridge Project Management & Energy Consultant Training Program
This SkillBridge training program provides transitioning service members to a civilian career with practical exposure to the energy and engineering consulting industry while supporting the project management team. Participants will learn the fundamentals of energy and sustainability consulting, assist with project coordination, and develop professional communication skills.The program will translate military leadership, intelligence analysis, and operational coordination experience into private sector competencies including project planning, business analysis, stakeholder management, and operational improvement.The participant will work closely with a project manager and multidisciplinary engineering teams to observe and support real projects involving energy efficiency, sustainability, engineering consulting, and industrial operations. The program emphasizes translating military leadership into project management, professional communication, and analytical thinking to prepare the participant for a civilian career in project management and other leadership positions.
