Human Resource Assistant

Upon completion of this SkillBridge training program, the participant will complete approximately 400 hours of supervised Human Resource Assistant operational training and will demonstrate documented proficiency in core MEPS applicant processing and administrative workflows, including applicant registration, documentation management, scheduling, tracking, accession and DEP processing, quality review, reconciliation, shipping, and special category processing. The participant will demonstrate the ability to function in a live MEPS operational environment as a Human Resource Assistant under supervisory oversight, independently managing assigned workflows with minimal prompting while maintaining required accuracy, compliance, data integrity, and professional standards. This validates readiness to perform Human Resource Assistant duties within a MEPS or comparable civilian human resources, personnel, or administrative support environment in accordance with established operational and regulatory requirements.

Medical Technician

Upon completion of this SkillBridge training program, the participant will have completed approximately 400 hours of supervised medical operations training aligned with Medical Branch Training Standardization Job Task Sheets (TSJTS 01–38). The participant will demonstrate documented exposure to and supervised participation in core MEPS medical workflows, including prescreen review, applicant intake, medical screening, testing support, examination assistance, and medical systems utilization. The participant will demonstrate an understanding of HIPAA compliance, applicant confidentiality, safety procedures, and professional conduct within a regulated medical environment. The participant will gain practical familiarity with MHS GENESIS navigation, documentation workflows, and data security requirements through completion of required Joint Knowledge Online training and supervised application. Upon completion, the participant will demonstrate the ability to support end-to-end medical processing operations under supervision by applying cumulative knowledge across multiple medical programs and procedures, validating readiness to function as a Medical Technician within a MEPS or comparable civilian healthcare support environment in accordance with established policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Human Resource Assistant

During the SkillBridge application process, a detailed training plan is required to identify training objectives, defined tasks, and a schedule of events. This Human Resource Assistant (HRA) Training Plan is designed to provide the participant with structured exposure to applicant processing, personnel systems, testing operations, and operational workflows within a Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). Training progresses from foundational systems and applicant registration to advanced operational processing, ASVAB testing administration, special category actions, and cumulative end-to-end applicant lifecycle management.The Testing Administrator component provides hands-on experience administering the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) for both enlistment and student testing programs. The participant will support testing operations at the Las Vegas Remote Processing Station (LVRPS), designated MEPS testing facilities, and local high schools, ensuring compliance with testing procedures, security protocols, and quality assurance standards.Following each training period, the participant will be assessed on knowledge, skills, and abilities related to the designated curriculum. This training plan complies with Department of Defense SkillBridge program requirements and is structured to provide hands-on, supervised training aligned with civilian human resources, administrative, and testing administration career pathways.
