Critter Control of Kaw Valley is hiring an entry-level Wildlife Technician and will train the right person from the ground up through our structured 25-week on-the-job training program.No experience necessary — just bring the drive, and we'll build the skills.What You'll Do:You'll work alongside experienced technicians across the Kaw Valley region — Topeka, Lawrence, Manhattan, Junction City, Emporia, and surrounding communities — performing wildlife trapping and removal, property inspections, wildlife exclusion installs, light structural repairs, and customer consultations for residential, commercial, and municipal clients.What We Provide:Full paid training across 25 weeks covering species identification, Kansas trapping law, ladder and roof safety, exclusion techniques, attic remediation, rodent management, and customer communication. All equipment and PPE provided. Upon successful completion, you'll earn your Critter Control of Kaw Valley Technician Certification.What We're Looking For:A physically active, reliable self-starter who is comfortable working outdoors in all weather, capable of working at heights, and motivated to grow into a long-term career.
