The SkillBridge Field Operations Assistant role is a 16-week hands-on training position supporting the company’s day-to-day property operations under the direct supervision of the Director of Operations. This role is purpose-built for a transitioning military member who thrives in a fast-moving, independent, mission-driven environment. The candidate will gain real-world experience across property management, field operations, and real estate support functions. No prior real estate experience is required.
