Participants will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to real-world property claims, including estimating, inspections, and client interaction. The program includes preparation for Xactimate certification and Texas Public Adjuster licensing.
Job description:
Participants will train alongside experienced public adjusters to learn the end-to-end claims process. Training includes property inspections, damage assessment, estimate writing using Xactimate, policy review, documentation, and client communication.Interns will gain experience in residential and commercial claims, develop negotiation skills with insurance carriers, and understand industry regulations and best practices. The program combines classroom instruction, online learning, and hands-on field training to prepare participants for a career as a licensed public adjuster.
Training, mentorship, and certification preparation are provided at no cost. Potential for full-time employment upon successful completion.
