Last Updated: June 27, 2026

Welcome to CareerPCS. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CareerPCS websites, applications, dashboards, tools, forms, emails, and related services, including careerpcs.com, dashboard.careerpcs.com, admin.careerpcs.com, and any related CareerPCS services that link to these Terms.

By accessing or using CareerPCS, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use CareerPCS.

1. What CareerPCS Does

CareerPCS helps transitioning service members discover SkillBridge-related career opportunities, helps participating employers and organizations manage listings and candidates, and helps candidates submit information to opportunities or join a candidate pool.

CareerPCS may provide public maps, opportunity listings, company pages, employer dashboards, applicant tracking tools, company claim and verification workflows, candidate forms, email notifications, subscription features, and related administrative tools.

CareerPCS does not guarantee that any candidate will receive an interview, offer, SkillBridge placement, employment, approval, relocation assistance, or any other result. CareerPCS does not guarantee that any employer will receive candidates, qualified applicants, hires, or business results.

2. Eligibility

You may use CareerPCS only if you can legally enter into these Terms and comply with all applicable laws. If you use CareerPCS on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

You may not use CareerPCS if you are prohibited from doing so by applicable law or if we have previously suspended or terminated your access.

3. Accounts and Authentication

Some parts of CareerPCS require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information current. You may not impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent your authority, or create accounts for unauthorized purposes.

CareerPCS may use third-party authentication providers, such as Google, Microsoft, or email-based login. Your use of those services may also be governed by the provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

4. No Government Affiliation or Official Military Verification

CareerPCS is not operated by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the Department of War, SkillBridge, USAJOBS, any military branch, or any federal, state, or local government agency, unless expressly stated in writing.

CareerPCS does not determine whether a candidate is eligible for SkillBridge, military transition programs, command approval, employment, relocation benefits, security clearance, base access, or any government program.

Any “verified,” “military verified,” “approved,” “claimed,” “active,” or similar label on CareerPCS is a CareerPCS workflow indicator only. It is not an official government, command, security-clearance, employment, or eligibility determination.

5. CareerPCS Is Not a Background Check, Screening, or Verification Service

CareerPCS is not a consumer reporting agency, background-check provider, employment-screening company, staffing agency, recruiter, employer of record, or hiring decision-maker.

CareerPCS does not provide consumer reports, investigative consumer reports, background checks, reference checks, security-clearance verification, eligibility determinations, hiring recommendations, or adverse-action notices under the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws.

Employers and organizations are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to their recruiting, screening, interviewing, selection, hiring, onboarding, recordkeeping, and adverse-action practices.

Any candidate information, applicant materials, military-related information, security-clearance-related information, verification indicators, notes, statuses, tags, or platform analytics made available through CareerPCS are provided for workflow and communication purposes only. Employers must independently verify any information they rely on and must not use CareerPCS as a substitute for their own lawful screening, compliance, or hiring processes.

6. Candidate Applications and Candidate Pool

Candidates may use CareerPCS to apply to specific opportunities, express interest in SkillBridge-related opportunities, or join a broader candidate pool.

Applying to a specific opportunity may share the candidate’s submitted information with the organization associated with that opportunity. Joining the candidate pool may make the candidate’s submitted information available to participating employers or organizations that use CareerPCS to discover potential candidates.

Candidate submissions may include personal contact information, career history, resume or cover-letter files, current location, relocation preferences, service-related information, availability dates, rank, branch, security-clearance-related information, interests, LinkedIn URL, and other information the candidate chooses to provide.

Candidates are responsible for submitting accurate information and for ensuring they have the right to submit any documents or materials they upload.

Candidates must not submit classified information, controlled unclassified information, export-controlled information, Social Security numbers, medical records, financial account numbers, or other information that is not necessary for the intended CareerPCS workflow.

Candidates may request that CareerPCS remove or update their candidate pool information, subject to legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, and legitimate business retention needs.

7. Employer Use of Candidate Information and Applicant Tracking

Employers and organizations may receive candidate information only for legitimate recruiting, SkillBridge, workforce-development, or related business purposes.

Employers are responsible for complying with all employment, labor, anti-discrimination, privacy, security, recordkeeping, military, SkillBridge, and recruiting laws that apply to their use of candidate information.

Employers may not use CareerPCS to discriminate, harass, unlawfully screen candidates, make unlawful employment decisions, or collect unnecessary sensitive information.

Employers may not enter discriminatory, medical, protected-class, classified, controlled, export-controlled, or otherwise unlawful information into applicant notes, statuses, tags, or tracking fields.

Applicant notes, statuses, and tracking fields are employer-controlled workflow tools. CareerPCS does not control the substance of employer-entered notes or decisions, and employers are solely responsible for the content they enter and the actions they take based on candidate information.

8. Company Claims, Listings, and Verification

CareerPCS may allow employers and organizations to claim company profiles, manage listings, upload logos, add locations, create opportunities, verify company information, submit documents, and manage applicant workflows.

You represent that any company, listing, location, opportunity, logo, document, or other information you submit is accurate, lawful, and authorized.

CareerPCS may accept, reject, remove, modify, suspend, or decline to publish any company, listing, location, document, or profile at any time.

Verification or approval by CareerPCS means only that CareerPCS has processed the relevant workflow. It does not mean the company is endorsed by CareerPCS, officially approved by any government agency, guaranteed to be compliant with SkillBridge rules, or guaranteed to be a suitable employer.

9. Client Portal and Company Documents

Certain companies may use CareerPCS forms or portals to provide company details, points of contact, program information, hiring information, salary information, verification documents, certificates, memoranda of understanding, or related materials.

You are responsible for ensuring that any documents or information you submit are accurate, complete, lawful, and authorized for submission.

Do not upload classified information, controlled unclassified information, export-controlled information, unnecessary personal information, or sensitive documents that are not required for the applicable CareerPCS workflow.

10. Subscriptions, Payments, Trials, and Feature Access

CareerPCS may offer paid subscriptions, free plans, free trials, demos, manually enabled features, or other paid or unpaid access levels.

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. CareerPCS does not directly store full payment card numbers.

Subscription features may include employer dashboards, applicant search, analytics, application management, applicant tracking, listing tools, or other features. Feature access may depend on your active subscription, trial, plan, account status, manual enablement, or other eligibility criteria.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you do not want to continue a paid subscription.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by CareerPCS. CareerPCS may change pricing, features, plan names, or availability with notice where required by law.

11. User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you submit to CareerPCS, subject to the rights granted in these Terms.

For employer public listing content, company profiles, logos, locations, opportunity descriptions, and related public-facing materials, you grant CareerPCS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, modify for formatting, and otherwise use that content to operate, market, and improve CareerPCS.

For candidate application materials, resumes, cover letters, candidate pool submissions, and related candidate information, you grant CareerPCS a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve CareerPCS; process applications and candidate pool submissions; facilitate employer workflows; comply with legal obligations; and prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about CareerPCS, you grant CareerPCS the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

You may not use CareerPCS to:

Violate any law, regulation, contract, policy, or third-party right.

Discriminate, harass, threaten, or harm another person.

Collect, scrape, copy, or harvest data from CareerPCS except as expressly authorized.

Upload malicious code, interfere with security, overload systems, bypass rate limits, or attempt unauthorized access.

Submit classified information, controlled unclassified information, export-controlled information, Social Security numbers, medical records, financial account numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Use candidate information for any purpose other than legitimate recruiting, SkillBridge, workforce-development, or related business purposes.

Sell, resell, broker, or misuse candidate information.

Reverse engineer, copy, or create competing services using CareerPCS data or systems, except as permitted by law.

13. Third-Party Data, Links, and Services

CareerPCS may display or use information from public, government, employer, candidate, or third-party sources. This information may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unavailable, or subject to third-party terms.

CareerPCS may link to third-party websites or services. CareerPCS is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, availability, privacy practices, or terms.

14. Communications

By using CareerPCS, you agree that CareerPCS may send you transactional, administrative, security, verification, application, account, billing, and service-related communications.

CareerPCS may also send marketing or promotional communications where permitted by law. You may opt out of marketing emails, but you may still receive transactional or service-related messages.

15. Suspension and Termination

CareerPCS may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for CareerPCS or others, used the service unlawfully, or if continued access may harm the Platform or its users.

You may stop using CareerPCS at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including provisions relating to user content licenses, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

16. Disclaimers

CareerPCS is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareerPCS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and reliability.

CareerPCS does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, complete, or free from harmful components.

CareerPCS does not guarantee employment outcomes, SkillBridge approval, candidate quality, candidate availability, company compliance, listing accuracy, government approval, subscription results, or business results.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareerPCS and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or candidate decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareerPCS’s total liability for any claim relating to the Platform or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid CareerPCS in the three months before the claim arose or one hundred dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CareerPCS and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of CareerPCS, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your employment or hiring practices, your use of candidate information, or your infringement of any third-party right.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact CareerPCS at admin@careerpcs.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may pursue available remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction, unless another dispute process is required by applicable law.

20. Changes to These Terms

CareerPCS may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of CareerPCS after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
