As Exercise Cell Director for Mithril Defense's Campus Guardian Angel program, you’ll be responsible for designing, coordinating, and managing simulated active shooter exercises and drills that include all drone operations, law enforcement agencies, and stakeholders, that replicate real-world conditions on campuses. Your mission? To validate and enhance deployment readiness, ensure seamless cross-functional performance, and refine protocols under high-pressure situations.
