Job description:
Entry-level and senior-level positions are available. Entry-level positions will be coached and challenged through an extensive training and development period. The Project Manager is responsible for the execution of their assigned jobs, spanning from job initiation through job closeout, overseeing installation, engineering, and training. Jobs must be completed safely, to specifications, within budget, on time, and to the satisfaction of the customer. The Project Manager champions Ford safety programs with special emphasis on vehicle and job site safety for the team members they manage. They are responsible for mentoring Job Superintendents, Installation Technicians, and Engineers, and should provide leadership throughout the Ford Job Center team.
