Job description:
La Crosse Milling Company is seeking a hardworking, and safety-focused individual an opportunity to work within our Maintenance Department. This hands-on training position provides experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and equipment repair in a 24/7 food manufacturing environment.Participants will work alongside experienced maintenance personnel to support the upkeep and reliability of production equipment while learning industrial safety practices, mechanical systems, and food manufacturing operations. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn transferable civilian career skills in manufacturing maintenance.
Transitioning service members will receive hands-on industrial maintenance training within a food manufacturing environment. Training includes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, safety procedures, and equipment repair while working alongside experienced maintenance professionals. Open to all military branches pending command approval.
