Position/Job Title-Staff Respiratory TherapistJob Description-The Staff Respiratory Therapist provides high-quality respiratory care to patients of all ages. This roleincludes assessing patient respiratory status, delivering therapeutic treatments, managing ventilatorsand airway devices, and performing diagnostic procedures such as arterial line insertion. The therapistcollaborates with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare team members to develop and implementindividualized care plans. Additional responsibilities include patient education, accurate documentation,and adherence to safety and infection-control standards.
