Job description:
The Aircraft Maintenance Technician reports to the Director of Maintenance. He/she ensures aircraft airworthiness by inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and overhauling mechanical and electrical systems, including engines, hydraulics, and avionics, in compliance with FAA regulations. Key duties include conducting routine inspections, replacing defective parts, documenting maintenance, and certifying systems for flight.
Headquarters at Hawthorne Airport (KHHR). Possible travel to other locations to repair aircraft.
Eligibility factors:
All Services
3+ years of aircraft/aviation maintenance experience; FAA A&P certification; ability to pass FAA background/drug screening; ability to work flexible schedules.
