This program will include on-the-job-training / internship as a sponsored real estate solutions company to learn the full cycle of a single family residential real estate investment transaction. Several of the key factors that will be learned are the requisite business structure, planning and preparation, marketing, laws, ethics, codes, multiple acquisition methods, multiple disposition methods, as well as funding and financing of for a single family real estate transaction in the greater Baltimore, MD Market. The focus of all efforts will be to ensure The Interns' successful transition out of the military. The Intern will Integrate into our team and work directly with myself as the owner and operator of Victor Bravo. The hands on experience of working with myself as a real estate professional will maximize their learning through execution and direct mentoring and feedback sessions. There are no safety requirements to conduct this internship. This internship requires the Intern to travel to and from work via motor vehicle and travel to meetings with prospective clients and local businesses. All travel costs will be funded out of-pocket by The Intern. The Victor Bravo team will be sponsoring The Intern and serving as their trainer, guiding them over the course of 168 days. The Victor Bravo team will mentor The Intern to ensure they are provided direct real-time feedback to learn as much as possible.
