Job description:
As a Core Operations Technician, you'll be one of the most trusted eyes and ears on the ground. You'll play a critical role in keeping our systems running smoothly and safely — monitoring data center conditions, leading vendor operations, and acting as a first responder when something doesn't look right. More than that, you'll help shape the future of EdgeCore's operational excellence.Monitor critical infrastructure systems and proactively identify issues before they impact performance; Serve as a safety-first responder for cooling and electrical systems during operational events; Oversee daily vendor and contractor activities to ensure work is completed safely and to standard;Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track, document, and manage work orders, assets, and spare parts;Author, review, and execute formal operating procedures with rigorous procedural discipline; Support continuous improvement efforts by contributing feedback that refines our operations playbook.
