The AFPG SkillBridge program is designed to provide training, while promoting opportunities to gain industry experience with a high probability of securing a job offer prior to exiting the military. Selected participants will perform in highly skilled roles consisting of intensive on the job training, networking, and mentorship opportunities. AFPG is a signatory UA Local 669 union contractor. UA Local 669 is the nationwide fire sprinkler union that covers most of the United States, with some exceptions in large cities. A successful candidate will have the opportunity to be sponsored into the union on behalf of American Fire Protection Group.
