Job description:
This role as a Construction Representative is focused on supporting the successful delivery of infrastructure projects such as roads, water mains, and sewer systems through hands-on field involvement and strong team coordination. In this position, you’ll work closely with project supervisors, inspectors, and project managers to observe construction activities, maintain accurate field documentation, and prepare daily reports that help keep everyone aligned on progress and performance. You’ll also help track quantities and completed work, review plans and submittals, and flag any issues or deficiencies early so the team can address them quickly. Beyond field inspection and documentation, you’ll play a key role in supporting communication between the field and office teams, contributing insights on schedule and budget status, and assisting project managers with technical or design-related needs as they arise. Overall, it’s a collaborative role where your field expertise helps keep projects running smoothly while strengthening coordination with both internal teams and clients.
