Computer System Training - In-depth understanding of the client management system. Database management and updating client profiles - Troubleshooting common system issues. Advertising and Marketing - Basics of advertising principles - Social media strategies for a small business - Creating and managing online promotional campaigns, Small Business Operations - Introduction to small business management - Budgeting and financial basics - Legal considerations for a massage therapy business. Client Interaction and Service Enhancement - Customer service excellence - Understanding client needs - Enhancing the overall customer experience. Advanced Skills and Project Management – Handling and scheduling special events and promotions - Project management basics - Collaboration withexternal vendors
A interview will be conducted to get a better understanding of what the service member is hoping to get out of our program and to make sure they are a good fit for our small business.
