Charon CTL | SystemWare is currently hiring for an Instructor. The instructor is responsible for the planning, creation, and execution of classroom curriculum provided to Charon CTL | SystemWare clients at all levels of competence. This includes supporting basic, intermediate, and advanced application of all products in the Charon CTL | SystemWare portfolio. The instructor is responsible for the effective utilization of training systems, content, and support materials as part of the training department. They are responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with Charon CTL | SystemWare clients, partners, and employees to facilitate recurring training. Individuals best suited for the instructor role are highly energetic and passionate about designing, developing, and delivering new training programs and initiatives for the business. The incumbent conducts new requirement analysis through engagement with clients, client account managers and business leadership to identify gaps and provide effective solutions for curriculum-based classes and inform product solutions. U.S. Citizenship required. Successful candidates must be willing and able to obtain a security clearance and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

We focus on offering devices that can be fielded immediately to meet the mission needs that lie directly ahead. Size, weight, power, and packaging are of paramount importance in everything we design and build. Our expertise allows us to rapidly provide these solutions in specialized electronic/mechanical design, embedded & application-level software, reverse engineering & protocol analysis, and RF signals exploitation and communications systems. Successful candidates must be willing and able to obtain a security clearance; therefore, U. S. Citizenship is required. We are looking for a Hardware Test Engineer with board and system level testing experience who will work closely with design engineers and manufacturing operations to design, implement, and improve test processes for products.
