The Talent Acquisition Specialist SkillBridge Program is a 16-week workforce development opportunity designed to prepare transitioning Service Members for careers in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, workforce development, and business development. Participants receive structured instruction, mentorship, and supervised hands-on experience supporting real-world recruiting operations for both veteran and civilian employment opportunities. Training includes candidate sourcing, resume review, qualification assessments, screening interviews, CRM management, candidate relationship management, recruiting operations, candidate submissions, interview coordination, placement support, and recruiting performance tracking.Participants will also gain experience in employer outreach, business development, workforce partnership development, hiring needs analysis, and account management activities that support a full-desk recruiting environment. Through online instruction, shadowing, mentorship, and supervised practical application, participants develop the skills necessary to support both job seekers and employers throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Upon successful completion, participants will possess the knowledge and practical experience necessary to pursue careers in talent acquisition, recruiting, staffing, workforce development, business development, and related employment services supporting both veteran and civilian populations.
